test.RGNtoPDB [-hV] [--pN] (files files)…​

Description

RGNtoPDB converts RGN *tertiary file to PDB with side-chains format.

Options

-h, --help

Print command help and exit.

--pN, --proteinNet

Indicates whether the tertiary format follows RGN output or ProteinNet input.

-V, --version

Print the Force Field X version and exit.
