public class Superpose
extends AlgorithmsCommand

The Superpose script superposes molecules in an arc/multiple model pdb file (all versus all or one versus all) or in two pdb/xyz files. TODO: Create a Superpose Unit Test.
Usage:
ffxc Superpose [options] <filename>
